Tiana Kraus FDN-P
Tiana Kraus began her lifelong passion for the healing arts on an 84-acre farm in Northern California where she spent 18 years organic farming, raising livestock, beekeeping, food preservation, and teaching herself the time-honored ways of traditional methods of cooking healing meals.
Tiana holds a degree in Environmental Studies from Sonoma State University and started her career as an Ecologist for California State Parks. Her love for the plant world drew her to attend The California School of Herbal Studies where she studied Plant Therapeutics and Herbal Medicine Making.
A desire to delve deeper into her food as medicine philosophy, led her to Bauman College, where she graduated with honors as a Therapeutic Natural Chef.
Tiana takes pride in teaching people how real food can taste amazing and nourish the body on a cellular level.
Tiana’s passion as a health educator was inspired by her own personal journey with autoimmunity. The drive to heal herself and her family propelled her deeper into the amazing transformational relationship that marries whole foods with a healthy body.
Returning to school to round out her education in nutrition and get to the root of her own health challenges she graduated as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. (FDN-P).
Tiana decided it was time to spread her wings outside her hometown of Sonoma County. She loaded up her truck with her husband and two children and drove across the U.S to New York City. In the hustle and bustle of the city, Tiana quickly found work as a private Therapeutic Chef, Nutrition Coach and Paleo Baker at an organic farm-to-table cafe in Tribeca.
But the beauty and community of Sonoma County drew her back home. Upon her return, she saw a void in connecting the amazing local farmers with busy people wanting to eat well. Tiana and her brother, Chef Jeff Nunes, founded Three Leaves Foods Community Supported Kitchen, a locally sourced prepared meal service.
Traveling down each road of her journey, Tiana realized her true love was working with individuals, teaching them how to take their health into their own hands, find empowerment and create a life of energy, strength, happiness, and vitality.
